During the past few years, producing partners David Leitch and Kelly McCormick have racked up an impressive resume of box-office hits. Among them: the Leitch-directed “Atomic Blonde,” “Deadpool 2” and “Fast and Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw,” which grossed a whopping $1.6 billion globally. More recently, the husband-and-wife duo released the action-thriller “Nobody” with “Better Call Saul” star Bob Odenkirk in March; next spring, the cofounders of 87North Productions are set to debut the crime caper “Bullet Train” starring Brad Pitt and Sandra Bullock on screen together for the first time.

Now the pair has parlayed that success into a Hollywood Hills pied-à-terre. Records reveal Leitch and McCormick — he a onetime stunt double for Pitt and Matt Damon, and she a former executive VP at Sierra/Affinity, where she packaged projects like “Whiplash” and “Manchester by the Sea” — recently paid local attorney Craig Cardon exactly $4 million for a striking house in the exclusive Outpost Estates neighborhood. The couple still maintains a full-time residence in the southern Nevada town of Henderson, acquired in 2018.

Originally designed and built in 1928 by architect Marshall P. Wilkinson — and once owned by the late Paramount Pictures actress Wynne Gibson — Leitch and McCormick’s newly acquired Spanish Revival home has been fully renovated with a mix of period details and modern amenities. Resting on a quarter-acre, street-to-street parcel dotted with winding pathways, gardens and waterfall features, the property includes a white stucco and terracotta-tile roof main house, plus a detached guesthouse offering a total of five bedrooms and four baths spread across nearly 3,900 square feet of living space.

Highlights of the primary three-level structure are a foyer displaying an ornate wrought-iron staircase and an adjacent bar room, plus a great room adorned with a vaulted wood-beamed ceiling, the original fireplace and two sets of French doors opening to a garden courtyard with an ivy-clad wishing well. There’s also an updated kitchen outfitted with high-end JennAir appliances and an adjoining formal dining room and separate Spanish-tiled breakfast room.

Standing out upstairs is a master suite with a Juliette balcony and green-tiled bath. Elsewhere lies a family room, an attached two-car garage and sunken wine cellar. Outdoors, the lushly landscaped and terraced grounds hold numerous balconies and patios ideal for al fresco lounging, and the guesthouse/art studio has its own fireplace. A wooden deck sits atop the steep hillside behind the house, offering up picturesque canyon and city lights views.

Levi Freeman of Nourmand & Associates repped Cardon in the deal.
