I determined they wouldn’t meet my needs so Brian switched gears and found some properties with features I wanted. We looked at a number of homes. There was one I really liked. He set up a second showing for the next day. I was downsizing and wanted to make sure I would have enough space for me and visitors. I chose a home that was a bit overpriced.
