Such a great experience working with Jacqueline! In what was often otherwise a stressful and complicated process, she was a source of calm and support. Between the countless tours we dragged her to (including many that were repeat visits) and the endless questions we peppered her with, Jacqueline always demonstrated great patience, knowledge, and the kind of deep-rooted wisdom that can only come from devoting 10,000 hours to a thing. One example of this wisdom occurred when she convinced us to get a particular type of inspection done that we otherwise weren't planning to, which ultimately saved us from a very costly issue!
