It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our dear colleague and good friend, Scott Alan Campbell. Scott was a vital part of our Nourmand and Associates family. Beyond his hard work in Real Estate, he brought immense kindness, humor, and warmth to our daily routines.
Scott entered the real estate industry in 2003, and later became a proud founding member of the Nourmand & Associates Hollywood Office. Whether he was assisting a buyer or a seller — and whether it was a home, condo, or investment property — people trusted his advice.
Scott was also a dedicated volunteer. His generous spirit, community service impact, and the causes he served for over 25 years will continue to grow — including the Mountains Recreation & Conservation Authority (MRCA), the Central Hollywood Neighborhood Council, the Friends of the Hollywood Central Park, the Hollywood Network Coalition, the Hollywood Community Police Advisory Board, and the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce.
Scott resided near The Grove with his husband and partner of nearly 25 years, Hilliard Guess, a screenwriter/producer/podcaster, and their dog Malibu. He brought integrity, compassion, and tireless energy to everything he did. We will miss Scott deeply.
