Michael Nourmand is the president of Nourmand & Associates a boutique family brokerage in Beverly Hills founded by his father Saeed Nourmand in 1976. His mother Myra has been a rain maker and top producing agent in Beverly Hills for over 30 years and many of their managers and agents have been loyal to the firm for decades which is a testament to the culture and values imbedded by the Nourmand family.
Michael grew up In Beverly Hills real estate and it is the only career he ever pursued. He attended Beverly Hills high and USC and jumped right into the family brokerage at an early age and built a flourishing book of business as well as taking on the president role over a decade ago. He is seasoned, articulate, intelligent and honest which has kept the Nourmand family in the epicenter of Beverly Hills real estate for over 5 decades.
