Lowe and Berkoff originally placed the home on the market last July, asking $6.6 million, or $2,214 per square foot. The price was reduced a few times since then and was adjusted to an ask of $4.2 million in September.

A trust tied to Berkoff paid $3.8 million, or $1,263 per square foot for the home in 2020, according to property records. They sold that home to RoundTable Health Care Partners co-founder Jack McGinley and his wife Julie.

Outdoors, are two patios, a pool and putting green.
The home was upgraded to include an alkaline water filtration system and an HVAC with a HEPA filter.
It’s also minutes from the Beverly Hills Hotel and Rodeo Drive.
