Think Toyota versus Mercedes. In our view, this trend actually creates opportunity for boutique brokerages that prioritize personal relationships and a higher level of service. We work for our clients—not shareholders. While larger firms may attempt to keep transactions in-house, we believe in openly sharing listings with the broader brokerage community to ensure maximum exposure and the best possible outcome for our sellers.
