Meet Thomas

Thomas Hilal is a lifelong resident of the Los Angeles area. He grew up in South Pasadena and graduated from UCLA with a BA in Communication Studies.  During his 23-year tenure with Nourmand & Associates, Thomas has become one of Los Angeles’ most consistent and trusted realtors.

A second-generation real estate professional, Thomas combines his extensive marketing prowess and passion for real estate to provide a full-service experience for his clients.  An experienced real estate investor himself, Thomas leverages his comprehensive understanding of real estate to carefully advise his clients through the entire buying/selling process.  

Thomas empathizes with how stressful the process of buying or selling a property can be. As such Thomas makes sure that he is always accessible to his clients to address any questions or concerns they may have.  This unparalleled commitment to his clients has allowed Thomas to develop a real estate business based almost entirely on referrals from satisfied clients.  

Thomas frequently consults and gives professional presentations to real estate groups seeking insight on various aspects of real estate, including networking and marketing strategies.  He is also regularly interviewed and sought after for his views on the real estate market. Over the years he has been featured in The Real Deal, Money Inc, The LA Business Journal and numerous other publications.  

Thomas is passionate about contributing to his community and charitable causes. His primary passion is volunteering and supporting Chrysalis, an organization dedicated to creating pathways to self-sufficiency for people struggling with the aftereffects of drug addiction and/or those experiencing homelessness.  In his leisure time, Thomas enjoys traveling (he has been to 84 countries), playing golf, and spending time with his wife, Sarah, and two children, Harper and Hudson.
