Reentering real estate after a long career as a lawyer, Linda aims to provide bespoke and extraordinary service to every client. After stepping away from law and looking for work that would make people happy, Linda considered selling her baked goods (available upon request) but decided to follow her long-held passion to collaborate with people to help them meet their real estate #goals.
Linda’s legal work and service mentality has prepared her well to provide high-level service to real estate clients. She approaches people and issues with respect and integrity, and appreciates the human aspect of business transactions. She has an acute and well-developed sense of discretion, judgment and perspective.
As the sole in-house lawyer for the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) for over 20 years, Linda is accustomed to being on-call 24/7/365, and prides herself on responding to whatever needs attention quickly and professionally. After her work as a lawyer, it would be tough to throw her a curve ball she couldn’t handle. She’s able to pivot and react to changing challenges and priorities, problem solve on issues with no precedent, and negotiate to workable solutions, all with the mindset of a mother bear protecting her cubs.
Linda is totally from here – she grew up in Alhambra, lived in Westwood when she attended UCLA, earned her law degree from USC, and has lived in South Pasadena with her husband for over 35 years, where they raised three children. With her family, she has helped sell, acquire and manage properties in places including Pasadena, Oakland, South Gate and Los Angeles. As a lawyer, she was involved in a variety of real estate transactions in places including California, Indiana, Georgia, Ohio and Florida.
