Julie Acosta Gardner

Julie is a third-generation Angeleno with a background in architecture and design. She began her marketing career in Pisa, Italy, and upon returning to Los Angeles, led impactful business development efforts for firms Gensler and Pfeiffer Partners. Eventually, her family’s real estate portfolio and need for assistance would persuade Julie to obtain her license and make the career transition to Realtor®.

In a short amount of time, Julie has worked on both residential and commercial transactions, and she particularly enjoys the residential home buying process. A member of the Beverly Hills/LA Association of Realtors®, her expertise and passion for LA provide her clients with a unique and valuable perspective in their search for the ideal home. With her eye for design, Julie is able to quickly understand nuanced style preferences and help clients imagine the ideal home for themselves. She is respectful of her client's schedules and works diligently to ensure every transaction is handled with her unique mix of personal attention, business sense, and creative spirit.
