Found Heather on an internet search.. contacted her and immediate response... she did things I never thought of to make it easy on us.. It's in her DNA, to be who she is .. You can't train for what she does 4u. Prepped the home, put a creative touch on how she wanted it to look, and went out of her way to take care of items when we were out of town.— Mike G.
Heather, thank you so much for helping us sell our home. We were blown away by your knowledge and talent for negotiation and we couldn’t be more pleased with how things turned out. We are incredibly grateful that we chose you to list our house.— Client
Not only did Heather help us command top dollar on the sale of our home, which received 15+ offers, but she also made it possible to acquire our new dream home, despite competition from 11 other buyers! Heather is incredibly available, very knowledgeable, and really cares about her clients.— Client
From the start, it was a great experience. Heather suggested a price and what to fix and everything was right on. Heather was so helpful in getting the workmen that we needed to fix the place to show. The showings were always successful because Heather came early to make sure everything looked good, including flowers & vases. The house sold & while I was sad to move on, the experience was wonderful. Heather is a gem & a true professional.— Client
From the second I entrusted Heather to sell my house, I knew that she'd make sure everything would be done to promote the fastest sale time for the best price. She not only deeply understands how the overall market can change from day to day but also from the perspective of the LA homebuyer's fickle-mindedness. In the end, she won over the buyer, got the sale, and walked me through the nitty gritty logistics without ever making it feel transactional.— Client
Heather has represented us in the purchase of 4 homes and the sale of 3 homes in Westwood and Little Holmby over the past 18 years (2003-2021). She has a calm, easy way when dealing with other agents as well as knowledge about how to negotiate and how to best show your house. She's always been available during escrows when we need her for small questions, concerns, or advice. I would recommend her to anyone!— Client
Heather has been my agent for over 20 years. She guided me through three home purchases and three sales and has always exceeded my expectations. As far as selling, she always took the extra step to make sure my house was pristine and ready to show (and even supplied fresh flowers and accessories where needed!). When buying, she knew what I wanted and screened every potential house to make sure that it was a good match so that I didn't have to waste any of my time. She knows the Los Angeles market like the back of her hand, is very experienced, and most importantly, honest! She is a unicorn in the industry.— Client
I’ve bought and sold a lot of high-end homes over the years and have worked with all kinds of realtors: the good, the bad, and the ugly. Heather is way up there with the best of the best. Originally, I was going to sell my home but decided to lease it. Leasing does not reap the same reward as selling, of course, but Heather went about the process of leasing professionally and enthusiastically. She handled all aspects of the lease, including and especially dynamically staging and photographing my house in my absence. I am picky about staging and she surpassed my expectations. She’s honest, trustworthy, transparent, and authentic. She actually cared about me and my needs. She gave me solid advice and always responded in a timely manner. She has a lot of knowledge and knows her market very well. If she put that much effort into a lease, I believe she would do just about anything to sell or help someone purchase a house. Plus, she’s a gorgeous person inside and out and someone who is fun to be with. Leasing your house, or buying or selling a house is one of the most life challenging experiences. You want to have someone like Heather in your corner. Highly recommend!— Client
