Emily Wasson

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Emily possesses a deep knowledge of the varied and developing Los Angeles real estate market. Emily loves exploring different parts of the city- trying restaurants and finding local spots. She is excited to help you discover the unique neighborhoods that only LA can offer. Emily began her real estate career buying and renovating investment properties which taught her the value of real estate. Building on her personal experience, Emily understands a buyer's needs, while bringing her expert eye to recognize potential property upgrades and renovation opportunities. Emily has experience with multi-unit properties including maintaining relationships with existing tenants and placing tenants. With a background in health education, Emily communicates clearly and compassionately, always making herself available to address any client questions. Emily holds a BA degree in Psychology and Art History from the University of California, Davis and a Master's degree in Public Health from UCLA. Emily currently lives in her duplex in Jefferson Park, tending to her abundance of lush house plants.
