Anastasia "Stacy" Guerasseva

Moscow-born, New York-bred, Anastasia has called Los Angeles home for the past 14 years. She has lived in Burbank, Hancock Park and West Hollywood, and currently resides in Valencia. Anastasia is a proud graduate of Smith College in Massachusetts, and a former editor and writer at publications like ELLE, Interview, and Vice. She has a passion for eclectic interior design and homes that tell a story. 

 

After a decade spent in the wellness field as a fermentation specialist, Anastasia takes a holistic approach to the process of selling and buying real estate. She understands the nuances and emotions of a transaction, as a three-time home-owner herself. A fluent Russian speaker, Anastasia can also provide an invaluable service of translation and interpretation for her Russian-speaking clients. Outside of her work as a REALTOR, Anastasia enjoys brewing her own kombucha, adventuring with her husband and 8-year-old daughter, and writing creative non-fiction. She is dedicated to serving her clients with empathy and expertise.
