Woodland Hills is a suburban neighborhood located in the southwest San Fernando Valley. Warner Center is the area’s “mini-downtown” full of restaurant and shopping option. Woodland Hills is also home to a large Westfield outdoor mall that offers even more options for residents. Ample parking is available throughout the area as cars are the main mode of transportation though the Orange bus line can be used to get around. Beyond the shops and restaurants, Woodland Hills offers a multitude of green space options for a natural relief. Hiking trails are some of the best in LA. Homes tend to be California bungalows or newly developed condo/apartment buildings. There are numerous school options in the area.
