Home to the UCLA campus and the beautiful properties that surround it, Westwood is a commercial and residential area on LA’s Westside. Besides the sprawling Bruin campus, another attraction is the Westwood Village, an ideal college town with an array of shops, cafes, and historic theaters. First developed in the 1920s, this commercial and residential area also has several elementary schools and one middle school. With a median age of twenty-seven, this young area is fun and multifaceted. It is bordered by Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Century City / West LA, and Brentwood.
