North Hollywood

Fast becoming one of the creative enclaves of Los Angeles, North Hollywood or “NoHo” as locals call it is of the hippest neighborhoods in the Valley. Thrift stores and trendy cafes fill the retro-style buildings of the area. The creative focused neighborhood pushes cultural norms with street arm and independent theaters. Its Arts District is an urban creative oasis with playhouses and high concentration of music venues. This includes the El Portal, NoHo Arts Center and Raven. Restaurants are also great in the area with local favorite Republic of Pie. Homes tend to be California bungalow style and school options are great in the neighborhood.
