Meet Susan
Executive Director, Architectural Division
Susan Irving is the executive director of the Architectural Division of Nourmand & Associates, based in Beverly Hills. With more than four decades of service, Nourmand employs its extraordinary relationship network and unmatched market expertise to achieve results for valued clients.
Known for her integrity, discretion, and financial acumen, Susan has represented buyers and sellers on Los Angeles’ Westside for more than two decades. Her clients include leaders in business, finance, entertainment, real estate, and the professions.
Susan began her career as a CPA at a global accounting firm, as a financial executive at a public technology company, and in business management for high net worth clients.
Art, architecture, and design are Susan’s passions. She and her husband collect art and furniture and have restored several architectural properties. They currently live in The Wilshire Terrace, an iconic Co-Op building recognized by the Los Angeles Conservancy for its groundbreaking Mid-Century Modern style. Susan and her husband are actively involved in our Southern California philanthropic community, serving on boards of nonprofit and community organizations focusing on children and older adults, education, health, and the arts.
