Shota Guterres

Shota Guterres was born in Japan and raised in Beverly Hills. He received his BA from UCLA in 2004. His competitive swimming background paved the way for a 20+ year career as an ocean lifeguard and EMT. At the same time, Shota’s interest in architecture and design led him to work in high-end carpentry and Hollywood art production. In 2018, after catching the real estate bug, he and his wife began investing, acquiring six units by 2023. Motivated to help others navigate the real estate market, Shota drew on his experience in high-stress situations and background in construction and became a licensed real estate agent.

At Nourmand & Associates, Shota combines his work ethic, communication skills, market knowledge and unique experiences to give clients the confidence in buying or selling homes in the LA area. Outside of real estate, Shota stays active running, surfing, and practicing jiu-jitsu. He enjoys cooking for his family and is always working on his green thumb.
