Ruffin Mitchener

Ruffin is a graduate of Wake Forest University with a Masters in Accounting. She started her career as a licensed CPA consulting for Fortune 500 investment management firms in New York City. In 2017, Ruffin moved to Los Angeles to pursue an opportunity to lead the finance team at PeerStreet, a real estate technology firm. Prior to joining Nourmand & Associates, she pursued her Masters in Business Administration at UCLA Anderson. Ruffin uses her attention to detail, financial background, and prior experience in real estate to serve her clients needs. She is a Venice homeowner, and formerly owned a condo in Santa Monica. Ruffin lives in her Venice home, with her partner Chris and their corgi Monty. She loves walking at the beach, cooking with friends, and training clients at Pure Barre.
