Niki Valner

Niki Valner is a Los Angeles native. Born and raised in Brentwood, she ventured to the University of Michigan where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. Her professional career began in Silicon Beach. After two years in the startup world, Niki joined KIBO Group, Inc. in 2018 where she began to work in all facets of real estate development, construction, and property management. She specializes in overseeing projects from acquisition through the sale or stabilization of the asset. Additionally, Niki oversees all leasing of KIBO’s multi-family, commercial, and mixed-use developments in Southern California. 

Niki is passionate about helping clients find their homes. Knowing Los Angeles and The Westside like the back of her hand, her expertise in location and construction knowledge is key for any home buyer.
