Natasha Tavakoli Ouellette, MHA | Realtor
For Natasha, real estate has always been about more than buying and selling homes. It’s about helping people make informed decisions, build long-term wealth, and find a place that fits the life they’re creating.
A Bay Area native and Pasadena resident, Natasha brings a unique perspective to Southern California real estate. Her journey began in 2011 with the purchase of her first investment property in San Jose. Since then, she’s gained firsthand experience as a buyer, seller, landlord, and real estate investor, giving her a practical understanding of the opportunities and challenges that come with homeownership.
Today, Natasha works with buyers, sellers, and property owners throughout Pasadena, Northeast Los Angeles (NELA), and surrounding communities.
In addition to real estate, Natasha has spent more than 18 years at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, where she serves in a leadership role overseeing business operations and a team of approximately 30 employees. Her experience in management, problem-solving, and navigating complex processes translates naturally into real estate, where communication, organization, and thoughtful advocacy make all the difference.
Natasha believes real estate guidance should be approachable, transparent, and genuinely useful. Whether someone is buying their first home, preparing to sell, or exploring an investment, she strives to make the process feel less intimidating and more empowering.
Outside of work, Natasha lives in Pasadena with her husband, daughter, and their dog, Olive. She enjoys exploring the neighborhoods, local businesses, and communities that make Southern California such a special place to call home.
Her philosophy is simple: Home is just the beginning.
