Two very big thumbs up to Michael Nourmand, and his business partner Adam Sires. While they tend to work with higher-end clientele here, they helped my wife and me go through a very difficult escrow. Michael is very open and honest with his thoughts on properties, and we never felt that he was trying to get us to close deals, just so he could get his commission and move on. He often pointed out things that we wouldn't have really thought of, and really helped us learn a lot of the basics of real estate. Adam was great in the process too but especially did well with giving us pointers and ideas on how to set up remodel ideas. Even when we were hitting really stressful points, he stays calm and helps bring you back down from whatever you may have been freaking out about.
