Melissa Varo

Melissa is a consummate professional with an incredible work ethic and powerful negotiating skills. She has over two decades of experience in the Westside of Los Angeles Real Estate Market. Originally buying, selling, and developing properties for her personal portfolio and then in 2008 expanding her love of real estate by helping a select group of high profile clients finds, acquire and/or build their dream home. She defines her client experience as 5-star, one on one personal attention, with extreme attention to detail from start to close.

Having built and remodeled several homes for herself as well as overseeing many for clients, she has become an expert in the construction process and in turn can guide her clients looking for a value-add project every step of the way.

Melissa honed her sharp negotiating skills working in the television industry for over 25 years where her primary job function was negotiating luxury leases for locations and trade contracts for countless scripted and unscripted celeb reality shows across a variety of Networks.

Melissa resides in Santa Monica with her husband and 3 children. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering her time with the Westside chapter of the National Charity League, the Franklin School PTA, giving tours at Brentwood School, and supporting a variety of philanthropic endeavors aimed at improving the lives of children. This year she is Co-Chairing the annual Tea and Fashion Show for NCL benefiting local charities.
