Melinda Moore

Melinda is a native Angeleno and award-winning businesswoman with expertise in negotiating, investing, and real estate. Born and raised in Cheviot Hills, Melinda is intimately familiar with Westside living, from specific neighborhood characteristics to school systems and microclimates.

Prior to joining Nourmand, Melinda worked in the tech industry as a serial entrepreneur with multiple exits and as a venture capitalist.  Her outgoing personality, candor, and extreme drive will give you an edge in selling your home or finding a new home. Melinda is known for her exceptional digital marketing and customer service skills and her ability to negotiate deals effectively. 

Her dedication to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and conditions in the local real estate market and commitment to ongoing professional development enables her to provide her clients with invaluable guidance. Great communication is a critical factor in every real estate transaction, which is why Melinda will personally guide clients through the process and work hard to truly understand her client's needs. 

Melinda graduated from UCLA and has resided in Brentwood, Culver City, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Topanga, and Malibu. She was on the board of Step Up Women’s Network and the foster care nonprofit, A Sense of Home.  In her free time, she enjoys surfing, hiking, and exploring the beautiful outdoors with her dog Sophia.
