Lance Hill

Being a Los Angeles area native, Lance has extensive knowledge of neighborhoods and homes throughout the L.A. Basin. He was born and raised in Long Beach and graduated from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance. In 2008, Lance obtained his real estate license which had been a passion since he bought and flipped an old foreclosure back in 1987. Lance joined Keller Williams Los Feliz in January 2009, and worked with their Luxury/Estates Division to sell some of the most prestigious homes the Eastside had to offer. He then joined the boutique, innovative group of PL Estates to sell homes throughout the L.A. area and even as far away as the Inland Empire. Today, Lance is a part of the Normand family offering over four decades of exceptional commitment to the client and with a dedication to helping people realize their dreams through real estate ownership.
