Kimberly Burns Turner is the Brokerage Manager for Nourmand & Associates Hollywood branch. In this role, she leads and supports the agents and teams of the office while also continuing to list and sell properties throughout the Los Angeles area. It is through Kimberly’s collaborative approach to managing that she can help agents further their success and and achieve their goals.
An enduring passion for real estate and architecture has fueled Kimberly’s 30-plus year career in real estate. From her early days in leasing and property management at Pacific Union in San Francisco, to management roles at real estate development firm SNK Development Inc. in Los Angeles, it wasn’t long before this Bay Area native and University of California, Santa Barbara graduate narrowed in on her favorite aspect of real estate: residential sales in Los Angeles.
Kimberly and her husband settled in Los Angeles where they continue to raise their son and daughter, while Kimberly focused on helping clients buy and sell real estate in the LA area. She has been consistently recognized for her outstanding contributions, knowledge, and performance, and is the recipient of multiple awards for excellence in the industry.
In 2002, Kimberly joined Coldwell Banker’s Los Feliz office, where she began specializing in the Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Glendale, Pasadena, Altadena, Eagle Rock, and Mt. Washington markets. She and her husband purchased their home in Glendale in 2003 and have been moving clients east ever since. Kimberly finds that it’s not difficult to sell in an industry that you love and believe in wholeheartedly. In 2010 she moved to the La Cañada office of Dilbeck Real Estate, which, like Nourmand & Associates, is a member of Leading RE (Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®). Many of her clients have been friends or become friends and the majority of her business has been generated from repeat clients and referrals from past clients.
Coming from a background of project management where she oversaw and directed teams of designers, contractors, and real estate professionals, as well as working with various cities in permitting and final plan approval, Kimberly is a master at details, multitasking, and creating effective strategies. She loves people and architecture and finds that putting the two together makes for a truly rewarding career and knows that these skills will be invaluable as a member of the Nourmand & Associates management team.
