Kairi Scott

Kairi Scott, despite being born in Washington, D.C., considers himself a native of Los Angeles. His family relocated to California when he was five years old, where they resided in various areas of Los Angeles, attending private schools before settling in Beverly Hills at the age of 12. Kairi attended El Rodeo Elementary and Beverly Hills High School where he quickly formed strong bonds in the community and has maintained his close relationships to this day. His diverse residential experiences in Pasadena, Silverlake, Los Feliz, Hollywood Hills, Brentwood, and Inglewood acquainted him with different neighborhoods and fostered his interest in their distinctive architectural styles.  

During summers, Kairi spent time in Washington, D.C., accompanying his grandfather, an engineer at the Department of Housing and Urban Development. His grandfather, an avid follower of renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright, constructed and designed his own Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired home in the D.C. area. Kairi had the privilege of visiting Wright houses and meeting apprentices like Robert W Beharka. Unbeknownst to him at the time, these experiences would play a pivotal role in shaping Kairi's future career in real estate.  

Kairi pursued a major in design and marketing at a fashion school, where he embarked on multiple entrepreneurial endeavors. In his senior year, he opened two upscale clothing stores on West Hollywood's prominent 3rd Street, catering to a discerning clientele. Following a successful 15-year career in the fashion industry, Kairi transitioned into creative marketing, working with major brands such as Toyota, Nike, and Live Nation.  

Concurrently, he organized art shows in his own gallery, showcasing his multifaceted talents. This unique combination of sales acumen and creative marketing prowess equips him with the skills necessary to serve the best interests of both buyers and sellers. Kairi's discerning eye for design, appreciation for aesthetics, and ability to comprehend his clients' individual styles make him an invaluable asset in helping clients discover their ideal properties within the housing market. 

Kairi upholds a steadfast belief in the values of honesty, integrity, loyalty, and placing the client's needs above all else. These principles have garnered him a reputable standing in Los Angeles, a testament to his unwavering commitment to excellence. His affable demeanor and warm smile instantly put others at ease, as he firmly believes in cultivating both professional relationships and lasting friendships.  

A member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, Kairi remains actively engaged within the real estate community. He is a longtime resident of Santa Monica, and he is a devoted family man.  

Kairi is married to a Santa Monica native with deep roots in Pacific Palisades and Malibu. In their leisure time, Kairi and his family split their residency between Santa Monica and Hawaii, exploring the world and continuously seeking out new beaches and forging connections with newfound friends, who become an extension of their own family.
