John's ultimate goal as a real estate professional is to increase the individual wealth of his clientele while simplifying and eliminating the stress often associated with buying or selling a home. With seasoned buyers or sellers, he works to streamline and rejuvenate the real estate process. With first time buyers or sellers, he strives to eliminate all fear and aims to educate them regarding the entire home ownership experience. While making the most of each client's valuable time, he strives to gain a relationship built on honesty and trust.

Before embarking on a real estate career, John was a media and entertainment lawyer at two top Los Angeles law firms - Davis Wright Tremaine and Christensen Glaser Fink Jacobs Weil & Shapiro. He holds a law degree from the University of Southern California (top 25% of his graduating class) and a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University.

Because of his education, training, and work experience, John is uniquely equipped to serve his clients with the highest level of real estate knowledge, expertise, organizational skills and negotiating strength. With nearly 10 years of real estate experience and more than 100 closed transactions in Los Angeles, his experience and expertise make him well-equipped to handle anything you might need during any market conditions.

While the majority of his transactions are in Hancock Park, Windsor Square and Larchmont Village, each year he successfully represents clients in, to name a few, the following areas: Hollywood Hills, Los Feliz, Silver Lake/Echo Park, Carthay Circle, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Venice, Beverly Center/Miracle Mile, Hollywood, Beverlywood, and the Valley. So whether you are buying or selling, he understands value - how to create it and how to deliver it.
