Jeremy is a native Angeleno and knows the neighborhoods and nuances that make Los Angeles an exciting and unrivaled place to call home. Jeremy grew up in Hancock Park and graduated from Harvard-Westlake School in Los Angeles. He then went on to attend Kenyon College in Ohio, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in history and received All-American first-team honors as captain of the Kenyon College soccer team.
After graduation, Jeremy moved back to Los Angeles to begin his real estate career at The Luzzatto Company, a commercial real estate investment company, where he was an analyst and project manager. His time at The Luzzatto Company gave Jeremy a complex understanding of property valuation and provided an excellent base for future entrepreneurial endeavors in real estate. Since receiving his real estate license and joining Nourmand & Associates, Jeremy has closed tens of millions of dollars in real estate transactions.
Jeremy completes each and every transaction with the best interests of his clients in mind and treats each of his clients with the attention and care they deserve.
