Janet Steinberg

With a passion for excellence and real estate this Westside specialist is known for her service and commitment to clients. Based on her years of experience in the escrow and title business Janet has an extensive background in all areas of a real estate transaction.

She began her career in Real Estate as an office manager with a prominent Westside Broker. This experience connected her to the wide variety of skills required to manage every aspect of a real estate transaction from the marketing and negotiating all the way through past the close of escrow.

Real estate is a people business, and Janet is well known for her ability to relate to all the players in a real estate transaction. She rose from the ranks of Sales Representative to Vice President with a prominent title company in Southern California. Janet was recognized as the #1 sales representative for five consecutive years, opening and closing over 100 transactions per month on average and grew the company’s market share from 4% to 28%.

Janet and her family reside in Westwood. As a Westside resident for over 35 years, she has always been active in the community and has chaired many committees including Brentwood School, Sunshine Preschool and National Charity League of Los Angeles.
