My step father and I made contact with Heather and Mark after my Uncle's passing. My Uncle died without a will which meant that we had to go through probate in order to sell his house. This was not going to be an easy task. The house was still full of his belongings and his caregivers were still living in the house long after his passing. Heather and Mark quickly put a plan together to put the property on the market, deal with the items left behind and find a way to move the caregivers off the property. They contacted a builder who was willing to purchase the seriously neglected house and deal with the two squatters still living in the house. Within hours we were on our way to signing a fair offer that allowed us to confidently walk away and leave the rest for Mark and Heather to handle. This was a very difficult situation that was handled with the most professional and efficient process we could have asked for, especially given all the hurdles.
