Realtor® | Certified Probate & Trust Specialist
When you're facing the sale of a home after the loss of a loved one, navigating probate, or trying to avoid foreclosure, you deserve someone who will guide you with compassion, patience, and experience. That's exactly how I approach every client relationship.
I'm Heather Thurman, a Realtor® with Nourmand & Associates specializing in probate and trust real estate, foreclosure avoidance, and helping families through life's biggest transitions. Together with my business partner, Mark Walker, we work closely with attorneys, trustees, executors, heirs, and homeowners to simplify what can often feel like an overwhelming process. Our goal is to provide clear guidance, honest communication, and solutions that protect our clients' best interests every step of the way.
Before beginning my real estate career, I spent many years in business development and sales, where I learned that listening is just as important as negotiating. Today, I combine those skills with a commitment to making every client feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the transaction.
As a breast cancer survivor and the author of The Little Book of Healing: Thriving Through Cancer, I understand firsthand how unexpected life events can change everything. That experience taught me resilience, empathy, and the importance of having someone you can trust during difficult seasons. It continues to influence the care I bring to every client I serve.
Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, I relocated to Los Angeles to be closer to family and continue building a business centered on relationships, integrity, and service. Whether you're preparing to sell a longtime family home, navigating probate, exploring foreclosure alternatives, or simply planning your next move, I'd be honored to help you move forward with confidence.
Real estate is about more than buying and selling homes—it's about helping people through important moments in their lives. My commitment is to make the process as smooth, compassionate, and successful as possible.
