Relocation Director

Deb Shields, CRP, GMS, GRP has been in the Real Estate & Relocation Business as a Relocation Director since 2009. She started the Windermere Prestige Properties Relocation Department from scratch and grew the department into a significant benefit and resource for the company. 

As a spouse to a Military husband, Deb has relocated several times and knows what it's like to relocate to a new area, along with the challenges and adventures. She takes great pride in matching clients to the best agent that will fit all their relocation needs. She has been making matches for over 14 years and loves it when the connections turn into life friendships for the agents and the families.  There is nothing finer than helping clients transition from one location to the next, seamlessly and with a trusted advisor to guide them.

Deb is a Worldwide Employee Relocation Organization member and a Relocation Director’s Council member. She also holds her CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) certification and the GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) certification, both trusted designations in the mobility industry. From Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, Deb holds the GRP (Global Relocation Professional) designation, which provides comprehensive professional development in the area of referrals and relocation, supporting the network’s 30,000+ affiliate-to-affiliate client referrals each year. 

Deb is happily married, with two grown children, and 3 grandchildren.  In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and vacationing with her family.
