Having experienced buying and selling personal properties five times in the last 15 years Dan witnessed the good, the bad and the exceptional ways in which real estate agents affect a real estate transaction. After his most recent experience of moving from NJ to LA, he decided to leave behind his 20 years of experience in the corporate environment for real estate. He applies his knowledge and experience bridging gaps in negotiations, building strong interpersonal relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to help other families, couples and individuals find and buy their dream home without stress. He helps sellers and buyers understand the neighborhoods, the market, and offers honest feedback to make informed decisions while negotiating on their behalf.

 

Through experience, Dan understands the importance of discretion and privacy. Confidentiality, trust and reliability are important in any relationship but they are essential in buying and selling multi-million dollar properties and he guarantees all of those things.

 

Dan lives in Beverly Glen with his wife Tammy, who recently left the TODAY show after 15 years of working with talent and A-list celebrity guests to take an executive job in the entertainment industry, as well as their two children and their dog.
