Colin Kelly

After a decade of airtime, California native Colin Kelly shifted his focus to something more concrete. Colin developed a passion for finding the perfect property while searching for his first home then oversaw the renovation and resulting increase in value.

Colin went back to basics, working as a licensed home improvement salesperson, inspecting homes and educating owners about potential issues and practical solutions. After selling all parts of a home, he went for it all and joined a top group in Beverly Hills, helping them to earn Inman’s #1 Luxury Team in the Nation honors in 2019.

In addition to his sales experience and knowledge of construction, Colin has a creative nature and keen eye for potential. A lifelong musician, Colin has written and voiced songs for major motion pictures, network TV, national radio and online campaigns. He was instrumental in helping to sell LA home studios including George Duke’s Outpost Estate with the legendary Le Gonks West and Umbrella Studios when operations moved from So Cal to Nashville.

Colin, his wife, son and daughter live in Bel Air Glen where he stays active in the community including two of the highest sales of 2017 and two of the highest sales of 2018 in Bel Air Ridge. With a zeal for real estate and home improvement, Colin offers superior service to clients buying, selling, leasing and investing.
