Claire Rosa

Claire is originally from the Bay Area but is proud to call Los Angeles her home since 2008. She's lived Downtown, Laurel Canyon, South LA and now resides in Lake Balboa. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from UC Berkeley and has had a successful career as an Art Director and Graphic Designer in digital production. She prides herself on her authenticity, loyalty, and hard-working nature. She brings a love of the arts, architecture, and visual design to her career in real estate. She's honest and passionate and is here to serve and guide her clients in one of the most crucial transactions of their lives. 

Claire and her husband bought their first home in South LA; a craftsman that cemented her appreciation for historical architecture. They were drawn to their home featuring beautiful wood beams, built-in shelving, and an amazing original pocket door between the living room and dining room. Later they bought their second home in Lake Balboa where they now reside. Claire has a boy and girl who keep her on her toes, and teach her more about life than she could have ever imagined. Claire and her husband love growing their own herbs, frequently walking the perimeter of the Lake in Lake Balboa, and volunteering their time at their kids' schools talking about the importance of Edible Education.
