Christopher Caparro

Originally from Philadelphia, Christopher Caparro moved to Los Angeles in 2003 before settling into Laurel Canyon in 2016.

Christopher's approach to real estate is very personal, leveraging his own experience as an agent, real estate investor, and homeowner to guide his clients through the buying and selling process. Christopher believes being a good listener, a clear communicator and a strong negotiator are paramount when it comes to being a successful real estate partner.

Christopher currently resides in The Hogan Residence, a rehabilitated 1964 Post-and-Beam MCM designed by Douglas Rucker. Christopher spent two years working with the City of Los Angeles to have the home protected when it was declared a Historical-Cultural Monument (HCM 1152) in 2018. To further rehabilitate the home Christopher pursued The Mills Act, a tax incentive for homeowners with properties that have unique architectural integrity. Christopher loves sharing this experience with potential clients looking for architectural significant homes because he truly believes homes with integrity need to be protected.

Christopher serves on two HOA boards: the first, a condominium as Secretary, and the second, a small lot sub-division as Treasurer. This type of hands-on experience allows him to give expert advice to clients when considering these types of homes.

Prior to real estate, Christopher spent 20+ years working in advertising imagining campaigns for high-profile companies like Amazon, Hyundai, Skechers, Mattel, and more. One of his achievements includes a Super Bowl commercial for Skechers which ranked #3 on USA Today's AdMeter.

Christopher's calm disposition, attention to detail, and unique combination of real estate and marketing expertise make him an excellent partner for both buyers and sellers. His areas of expertise include key neighborhoods like Laurel Canyon, West Hollywood, Hollywood, Ladera Heights, DTLA, West Los Angeles, and Santa Monica.
