A native Angeleno with a deep appreciation for Los Angeles’ culture and architecture, Carolinne Wittlin brings a unique blend of local expertise and cosmopolitan perspective shaped by both coasts to Nourmand & Associates. Raised in L.A., Carolinne attended the Buckley School, Harvard-Westlake, and UCLA. She holds a California DRE license and specializes in high-end residential, multifamily, mixed-use, and office properties.
With early exposure to commercial real estate through her family in New York, Carolinne developed a foundation in leasing strategy and asset operations. After a career in New York’s luxury fashion world—working on the business side for brands like Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, and Burberry—she returned to L.A. to join Boxer Property Management, a Texas-based national commercial real estate firm. There, she represented the company in California, helping expand its presence on the West Coast through strategic leasing, property management and business development initiatives. Carolinne continues to consult for companies in commercial real estate, advising on acquisition opportunities and strategies to increase asset revenue through leasing.
She later joined the Nourmand & Associates Beverly Hills office, drawn to its boutique, full-service approach to luxury real estate. Her $6.7 million Brentwood sale exemplifies her ability to bridge residential and commercial expertise. At Nourmand, Carolinne is available in-house to advise clients on acquisitions, asset management, and leasing for high-end retail and office spaces—guiding many beyond estate purchases to build out diverse and legacy real estate portfolios.
Based in Brentwood, she’s passionate about revitalizing L.A.’s commercial landscape and helping clients discover inspiring spaces for living, investing and expanding their real estate portfolio with luxury properties.
