With over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in luxury residential and resort properties in Arizona, Costa Rica, and Hawaii, Bonnie delivers the level of expertise, dedication, and communication you expect in your real estate agent. She successfully integrates individualized service, professionalism, market knowledge, and strategies to help her clients attain their real estate goals. With over $400 million in sales, her clients have ranged from first-time buyers to resort developers and individual property owners.
Born and raised in Indianapolis, Bonnie graduated from Denison University in Ohio with a BS in Sociology. She then headed west where, as Director of Sales, she helped launch The Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, The Mauna Lani Bay Hotel, and The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai in Hawaii. Her passion for luxury resorts segued into high-end residential sales, working with developers such as Hillwood and Colony Capital on individual projects. Additionally, she consulted for 8 years on Peninsula Papagayo Resort in Costa Rica on the introduction and positioning of the resort and the release of all residential offerings.
Prior to moving to Los Angeles, Bonnie was affiliated with a high-end luxury retail brokerage in Dallas, TX. In addition to being a licensed Realtor® in Hawaii, Texas, and California, Bonnie is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, California Association of Realtors®, Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors®, Rotary International, Kappa Alpha Theta sorority, past member of Urban Land Institute and the Dallas Chapter of World Affairs Council. She earned both a Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation and New Home Specialist Certification and is working toward a Certified International Property Specialist Designation.
