Heather Stevens

Meet Heather

According to Heather, understanding a Client’s needs and wants to be combined with the utmost care and integrity during the home selling and buying process, makes for a successful Client/Agent relationship. Heather’s goal with every transaction is to see her clients satisfied (and smiling!) upon the close of escrow.

Experience counts when it comes to navigating the sales process, especially when it comes to problem-solving and strategic planning. The “Westside” Los Angeles real estate market is very competitive, and you want someone on your side who knows and implements basic and innovative strategies.

While working with Heather, you can count on her being available to communicate when needed. She wants her clients to feel they are a priority. Immediacy, open and honest communication, and transparency are all key to a successful selling and buying experience.

A lifelong Californian, born in Carmel and landing in Ocean Park, Santa Monica, and now in Venice Beach, she is passionate about the area. She loves to help find Clients the neighborhood and home that they envision for themselves.

Her background started with helping clean up her architect/contractor father’s construction sites. After obtaining a degree in International Business from the American College (summa cum laude), she had brief careers in Public Relations (Rogers & Associates), Business Management (Stephen Stills), and eventually Property Management in Venice Beach (Elly Nesis Co.). After several years of property management experience, it was time to get her Real Estate broker’s license and translate the sum of her experience into becoming a top real estate agent.

If you are considering buying or selling a home, whether you are a first-time home buyer or a seasoned investor, and you want someone with local experience, do not hesitate to reach out to her to get started.

When not working, Heather enjoys rollerblading on the amazing beach bike path and exploring the latest eateries in Venice, Mar Vista, and Santa Monica.
